1 - Your Home provides a selection of apartments and houses in the old Lisbon centre, near of interesting places to visit. We have also special places out of Lisbon. We are searching for places to you, to feel comfortably and to feel the Portuguese lifestyle. Out of the usual hotels, the formal places. We provide your Portuguese home for some days.

2 - We do not have any intervention in the rental contract that is arranged. The owner authorizes Your Home to post on our site, texts and photographs, which guarantees a correct image of its identity as is.

3 - The booking deposit (50% of the total amount) should be received no more than 5 days after making the reservation. The remainder must be paid in cash when checking in. Please note that the maximum daily withdrawal in a Portuguese ATM machine is 200€.

4 - Reservation procedure: Book online. An e-mail will be sent to you with the amount due to confirm your reservation and the owner bank account number. Make the international bank transfer to the account provided. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your arrival, we will refund 80% of your payment. If you cancel within 30 days, you will receive the same amount (80% of your payment) only if the apartment will be re-occupied.

5 - Check-in after 2 PM Check-out until 12 AM. Please call us 30 minutes before your arrival.

6 - If you have a pet, please ask us if the owner allowed it.
